Whether it's a brand new design or a simply facelift for your existing space, we have the ideas, tools and skills to deliver. We can adapt our approach to suit you. We offer two main package options:

Design and Project Delivery
This is a complete turnkey solution, which includes site feasibility, acquisition support, interior concept design and fit-out drawings. We'll also handle pre-start and on-site project management and Capex budget control.

Coordinated Design Delivery
If you'd prefer to work with a different interior design or practice, no problem. We can provide site coordination with your appointed designer, as well as pre-start and on-site project management (including contractor tenders) and Capex budget control.

Design & Delivery Process

Steps 1/4

Interior concept and layout

The initial stages of the project include a design briefing and a close look at on-site feasibility. Our experts will also handle interior concept pack production and produce concept sketches of the proposed design - so you can really start to visualise how it will look. We'll work closely with you to ensure the visuals are in line with the concept, and that the space works operationally and delivers an exceptional customer experience.

Steps 2/4

Detail design and pre-construction

Now it's time to start fleshing out the initial plans with more detailed design development. We'll also put together an in-depth design and delivery programme. Once this is in place, the tender process for procurement of works and consideration of statutory approvals will begin

Steps 3/4

On-site project management

You can trust every detail of the ongoing management of the project to our very capable hands. Following contractor appointment, we'll manage on-site works with a keen eye - reporting for approvals as required. We'll also take care of design troubleshooting, variations, management of contractors, inspections and quality control. It's all part of our commitment to the highest possible standards, bringing your project home on time and within budget.

Handover and post-completion snagging

Once all works are successfully completed, our team is still working hard. We'll continue with contractor liaison to ensure every detail is completed to satisfaction and a smooth handover to the operations team - ready for training and that exciting countdown to the soft launch.

Bombay Central

A 6500 sq.ft. bar, restaurant and chai cafe. A modern interpretation of the traditional urban cafe/restaurant found in Bombay, India. Interior inspiration has been taken from the Mumbai Rail network in India, evocative and reminiscent, to create a design that offers familiarity to all generations of the local community.

Regency Club

The Regency Club is a long established and influential Indian-African restaurant and members club, trading since 1993. As a family run business, the owners are now in the process of handing over the daily running of the business from father to son. Appointed to provide a full range of design and delivery services for the refurbishment of the restaurant, the new design reflects this change, with a more on trend design that doesn’t alienate their existing customer base. Planning was also been approved for a rear kitchen extension.
