Step 1

It all starts with analysing your current menu. What's not selling well and needs to be replaced? Which are your best-selling dishes? We'll strip it all back to redefine your menu offering, turning a confusing or over-complicated menu into a dynamic design that flows perfectly. We'll realign and reorganise, using creative, clear descriptions that elevate and enhance what's already great about your current offer. The it's time to think about creating signature dishes and crowd-pleasers, making sure that each dish is memorable and of course, Instagrammable.

Step 2

Now for the fun bit - tasting up to six exciting new dishes. You and your team will be introduced to the new flavours, so your chefs can understand what each dish should look and taste like.

Your chefs will be provided with full recipes for the new dishes, as well as enhancements and improvements for existing dishes that are staying on the menu. They'll have all the information they need to produce perfect dishes, including specific ingredients for an authentic taste. We'll also provide food styling tips, so that each dish looks as good as it tastes.

It's really important that your chefs understand the food they're cooking, and that they enjoy eating it too! We'll demonstrate all the new dishes to your team, explaining the ingredients and process - ensuring that they are as passionate about the food as we are.
